The fourth version is now available through my website.
https://sites.google.com/site/deadrevolvergames/games/the-launch

I've modified a few of the features and added a requirements mini-game and added a few more sat names to the list.

I've got more ideas I want to incorporate, but I felt this version was evolved enough to release for feedback before I start adding more to it.

Any feedback good or bad is appreciated.

Just to let you guys know, I have taken a little time off from space trader, to get some fresh ideas and regain the motivation to work on it some more.

I'm about ready to pick it up again. The next update will contain lots more content, mainly for the other regions of space, (so the part of the game where you get out of Federation space), although I have also added a small feature or two that you can access in federation space.

Will post again when it's nearing the next release candidate.

After a long break, here are three new games added to the library:

Quarantine by Thargoid - cool arcade concept - chase infected ones back to their camp.

Pacman board by Samer Kassem - nice board game using Pacman characters.

Road Rash by Faz - those crazy motorbikes  Smiley see separate thread devoted to the game.

Thanks for re-uploading the game a while back. I managed to find a very short time to play it but I've been away since. I'll grab a copy of the latest version and spent some time with it to get you some feedback.

wow, that does look like a good source of information.

I've only really scratched the surface there, taking a quick (20 minutes) look at the pathfinding info and already my head hurts :-)
I've mentally bookmarked this for a future read (or lots of future reads)

Good find mate.

hi all,
I've uploaded a new version of the  launch to my website. I've tarted up the buttons a little, adjusted some of the functions, corrected some spelling and added an NCR mini-game.
I've decided to head towards the educational side of the game rather than the fun side as I think this will be more beneficial.
Anyway, let me know what you think.

Whilst wandering around looking for articles on simple game AI, I discovered this rather excellent site chocka-full with game design help.  It's not Excel specific, or anything specific, but still pretty good.

Hi all, I've finished my recent Road Rash game. Will pass it on to Bartek for uploading soon. In the mean time here's a video...
